Case Study No.8 -
InBev's new product launch |
|
Three quality premium brands - Stella Artois®, Boddingtons® and Tennents® are now available in the UK in the form of a new revolutionary Draught Barrel, a 5 litre pack that stays fresh for 28 days after opening.
To explain the set-up, usage and storage instructions, InBev were previously using a hand applied, concertina swing tag that slipped over the top of the pouring mechanism. This was not, however, the most cost effective method of application so they turned to Denny Bros to replace the swing tag with a machine applied multi-page label.
The resealable, circular information leaflets feature a clean, crisp photo of the Draught Barrel and are finished with a high-shine over-laminated cover making them reusable and something of a discussion document to share with friends. The booklet also contains website info and contact details.
InBev's spokesperson explains, "It was essential the label device had the right impact and design to maintain brand equity."
"Denny Bros assisted InBev in the entire process to implement this new label providing numerous samples, and working closely with the application machine manufacturer ensuring that the machine was fully tested prior to delivery."
