Case Study No.11 -
Fix-a-Form with shaped pages |
|
Pack-loving Fix-a-Form is proving once again that it can be any shape, any size and anywhere.
A new and uniquely shaped Fix-a-Form multi-page label has popped up on the lid of 20,000 Baxters Fresh Soup pots for an offer which is exclusive to Tesco.
Appearing crescent shaped, and featuring a die cut area which acts as a half frame for the 'best before' date, the Fix-a-Form opens up to reveal three 'doughnut' shaped promotion pages, which set out all the promotion details.
A perforation separates the main form from a redeemable coupon. "It is a buy one, get the next one free offer which customers can't resist", says a spokesperson from CDA Creative.
It was the first time Denny Bros has been asked to manufacture what effectively is a paper chain. The multi-page label features no less than 14 product photos and the necessary text.
"The Fix-a-Form adds interest to the pot and makes it stand out from the rest. The whole design was based around the need to show the best before date. With the promotional design details staring back at the customer, it makes the purchase very hard to resist."
