Fellowes looked to Fix-a-Form multi-page labels to convey multi-lingual promotional details on-pack. The free flights offer, open to residents of 8 European countries, needed space to include the terms and conditions in several different languages and to enclose the unique win code which consumers input online to find out if they are a winner.
So, lucky shoppers enjoying the benefits of Fellowes Ergonomics range, including wrist supports and monitor risers, could soon be enjoying a trip to a European destination of their choice, from the 1,000 return flights on offer.
Fellowes’ products take the repetitive stress out of many workspace duties and so it makes sense to repay customers by offering them the chance to win a relaxing break. The campaign aims to reward customer loyalty, build brand awareness and increase sales. The promotion was rolled out, not only on-pack, but also through the website and office products catalogues.
Fellowes’ Assistant Marketing Manager explains: "The fix-a-form was the best way to communicate the information we needed to on-pack. The multiple pages meant we could include the information in 6 European languages. The amount of space it created for the customer information whilst occupying such a small space on-pack was a real benefit to the campaign."
