Director of Monument Tools, explains: “Before using Fix-a-Form we could only communicate via direct mail and email to those who had registered on our website or by relying on the end user visiting our website and reading about the new products. We selected Fix-a-Form as it enabled us to control the communication and provided us with a faster way of getting new product information into the hands of the people using the product on a daily basis.

It looks like we will be using this idea more and more in the future as we can use the same template for future product releases”.
