Quality Policy Statement

Denny Bros is a major supplier of fix-a-form leaflet/labels and other niche products to markets which include pharmaceutical, food, agrochemical, scientific and promotional customers. Denny Bros recognises its role in the supply chain, and the need to ensure that customers’ are supplied with quality products to a specification which comply fully with relevant legal and safety requirements for their markets.

The company operates a formal quality system, which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS EN PS 9000:2001 Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials.

Products are produced in a modern, purpose built factory with strict hygiene, cleanliness and environmental controls. Procedures are established to maintain this environment. Product security is assured by the means of unique identification for each job, and by strict bay clearance procedures in operation. Training is of key importance, with particular emphasis on staff competence, as recognised by our accreditation to Investors in People.

By operating an accredited quality assurance system, the company seeks to achieve continual improvement in the products and services supplied by Denny Bros, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

A formal system of Internal Audits and Management Review monitor performance, and appropriate preventive action is taken to correct any adverse trends.

This policy is communicated to all employees. By adhering to this policy, the company intends to maintain stability and growth, therefore satisfying and giving confidence to customers, and in turn providing job security for its employees.

This policy is reviewed on an annual basis for continuing suitability.
