For 75 years, Denny Bros has prided itself on being a responsible, family-run employer offering creative and technological innovation and expertise across many sectors, including healthcare. As with all employers, our paramount importance during the coronavirus pandemic is to our staff, their families, our customers and our suppliers.
During this unprecedented time of national concern, we are closely monitoring Government guidance and advice. We would like to reassure the loyal customers and suppliers of Denny Bros that we take this advice with the utmost seriousness, as we all should.
We have been advised that companies involved in the supply of healthcare services have a special responsibility to maintain operations. Therefore, it is our intention to remain operational and to continue supporting the healthcare system at this critical time.
Naturally, our mode of operations have changed – and continue to do so regularly as we listen and adhere to the latest Government guidelines.
We have measures in place to make sure we can be as flexible as possible whilst having minimal impact on our customers.
We have strict social distancing measures in place which include making sure all staff working on site are two meters apart at all times and we have also moved our desks in the office to space everyone out. Everyone who can is working from home while in our canteen, we allow only one person per table and we are providing more hand sanitizer and wipes.
Our advice to staff also follows national guidelines. We expect them to adhere to the advice around regular hand-washing, keep a close eye on the potential symptoms of the virus and stay away if they feel poorly in any way.
These are concerning times for us all, but our aim is to continue operations and continue supporting the healthcare sector during the next critical few weeks and months.
